These crispy Brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious! Perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside, yet tender on the inside, they had just the right balance of seasoning and flavor. The caramelization added a subtle sweetness that paired beautifully with the savory crispiness. My husband and I enjoyed every bite---definitely a standout dish for our Valentine's Day dinner!

My wife loves this entree and gets it on every visit. She has shared it with me and I admit it is very good. Very tender and generous cut of meat and the peach glaze really makes it pop.
